Once we receive your returned parcel, it will be processed within three business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and you will receive an email with your refund confirmation. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider it typically takes five to ten working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your account to reflect the changes. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase not due to a quality-related issue, you may request a return of the items for a refund within 9 working days of receiving your order. However, this refund will be at the discretion of HALF SAVAGE. If deemed necessary we will refund you the item price after we have received and inspected your package. The purchaser will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
